Healing Circles – Beginning September 2026
I am delighted to be offering a small Healing Circle group beginning in September 2026.
Healing Circles provide a gentle, supportive space where participants can come together to share, listen, reflect and connect in a spirit of compassion and curiosity. Drawing on the principles that underpin my years of experience as an Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapist, these circles will invite participants to explore their inner experience within the support of a small group.
This is a new area of facilitation for me. While I have worked with individuals for many years, this will be my first Healing Circle group. For this reason, I am offering the initial four-week programme at a nominal fee of £20 per session.
The group will run for four consecutive weeks, with a commitment to attend all sessions where possible, helping to create safety, continuity and connection within the circle.

Where are you?
I have lovely premises located in Glasgow City Centre in West Regent Street. It is accessible by train, bus and car and bicycle. Street parking is available but metered. My premises are not wheelchair accessible, but if you have any mobility issues I will try to source a suitable venue.
Ethical framework
I am bound by the ethics of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society. I am also professionally insured. Should you have any issue with my practice that cannot be resolved between us a complaint can be made to the
